Dumfries McDonalds Undergoing Renovation

DUMFRIES, Va. — A McDonalds on Dumfries Road will soon have a new look.

The fast food restaurant is the latest in the chain to receive renovations, which come after a second McDonalds restaurant recently opened in the small town.

The newly redesigned restaurant will open later this month and will feature some new amentias. A press release from the company is below:

The iconic Golden Arches at 17340 Dumfries Road is getting a fresh and modern look! As McDonald’s contemporizes its restaurants across the country, the Dumfries Road McDonald’s will unveil its redesign later this month.

“We are proud to be changing with the times – and we never stop looking for ways to improve,” said Craig Welburn, Sr., Dumfries Road McDonald’s Owner/Operator. “The new design and layout is geared directly to the needs of our customers and our community. We want to ensure that our customers to enjoy every part of the McDonald’s experience.”

Modern exterior design changes include:

– A welcoming, and inviting entry into the restaurant.

– A clearly identifiable double-lane drive-thru for enhanced, on-the-go service.

Upscale and contemporary interior décor consists of:

– Comfortable lighting levels and fixtures that create pleasant dining experiences.

– Modern seating and furniture

There will be product promotions and events to celebrate the grand opening of the newly renovated McDonald’s.
