Portion of PW Parkway Closed After Crash

WOODBRIDGE, Va. — One person appears to have been pulled from a sedan following a serious crash on Prince William Parkway in Woodbridge.

The crash is reportedly a head-on collision that happened on Prince William Parkway east near Ridgewood Center Drive, just east of Ridgefield Road.

A PotomacLocal.com reporter on the scene reports the crash to involve at least two vehicles – a red sedan and what appeared to be a white truck with a Prince William County seal on its side.

Prince William police report all eastbound traffic on Prince William Parkway is being diverted onto Ridgefield Road. Westbound drivers headed toward Manassas will find the far left lane blocked, but traffic is getting by to the center and right lanes, police said.

We’ll have more as this develops.
