North Stafford, Va. — Aquia District Supervisor Paul Milde’s term isn’t up until 2013, but he was seen Tuesday on the campaign trail as voters went to the polls to elect a new supervisor for Stafford County’s Griffis-Widewater District.

The once chairman of the Stafford County Board of Supervisors, now Independent Jack Cavalier, won the seat that will be vacated in January by the outgoing Democrat Bob Woodson.
