Harbor Station gets a buyer
It appears the long time on again off again Harbor Station development is back on track.
The Washington Business Journal reports the area outside Dumfries along the Potomac River, on the Cherry Hill Peninsula, has been acquired by California-based development firm SunCal.
The site was owned by McLean-based Kettler prior to the recession.
It is the site of a long-awaited Virginia Railway Express station and a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course.
