Rape Investigation *E-FIT COMPOSITE [See Attachments] – The Prince William County Police Department is continuing to seek the public’s assistance in providing any information in connection to a rape that occurred at an apartment building located in the 12200 block of Stevenson Ct in Woodbridge on July 25. On August 2, detectives and crime analysts with the Criminal Investigation Division worked with the victim to develop an electronic composite image of the suspect. Investigators, with the assistance of a Fairfax County police, were also able to obtain a sketch of the suspect’s tattoo located on his right forearm. The tattoo depicts an angel (correction from a previous release indicating only angel wings) and unknown writing to the right of the figure. Additional information will be released when available. DALE CITY — A man who allegedly robbed a 7-Eleven on Tuesday aparently tried to rob the same store again the following day.
Prince William police on Wednesday were back at the 7-Eleven at 14410 Minnieville Road, at the intersection of Cardinal Drive., where arrested their suspect.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY — Police are searching for the driver suspected of causing a violent chain-reaction crash.
Five people on Tuesday were in an SUV traveling south on a two-lane portion of Route 234 toward Interstate 66. As the SUV approached the Manassas Campus of Northern Virginia Community College, an oncoming driver swerved into their lane at 5 p.m.
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY — Fire and rescue crews became stranded by floodwaters after they were called to rescue the driver of a pick up that drove through rising waters.
The call went out at 7:10 a.m., when crews from Prince William County and Quantico were dispatched to Fleetwood Drive behind the Marine Corps Base in Nokesville.
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY — Five people were taken to a hospital following a crash on Route 234.
All five people suffered serious injuries in the crash that occurred at 5 p.m. outside the Manassas Campus of Northern Virginia Community College. One was flown to an area hospital from the visitors center of the Manassas National Battlefield.
