Investigators said a man walked into the Dollar City Plus at 13817 Foulger Square, showed handguns, demanded everyone get on the floor and then took an undisclosed amount of cash.
The men also tool a store employee’s cell phone, but no one was injured, said Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok.

There’s talk in West Virginia about reinstating the death penalty for a Lorton man accused of killing a mother and her child.
Authorities in that state charged last June charged 34-year-old Antonio “Tone” Prophet with first degree murder.

Michael Neal Michaud was arrested at his home at 32 Arrowhead Drive in the Rock Hill area of Stafford County at 1:52 p.m. Tuesday.
Police in the county have noticed an increase in summonses issued – 1,700 in the past five years – and say drivers are behaving dangerously near school buses. (more…)

The first girl was standing at a bus stop in the area of Main Street and Graham Park Road when a man in an older model silver van with tinted windows pulled up and asked her if she wanted a ride. The girl declined and the man sped off, said Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok. (more…)
The victim had two GPS devices stolen from his car parked in the 13000 block of Pleasant View Lane in Fairfax County on Thursday.
Afterward, he saw similar items posted for sale on Craigslist.com and arranged to meet the seller at a doughnut shop on U.S. 1 in Fairfax County. (more…)
