PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY –– One man was killed and three others were injured in a crash near Manassas.

Prince William police were called to the area of Sudley Manor Drive and Seymour Road at 9:29 p.m. to investigate a crash. The investigation revealed that the driver of a 2014 Toyota Corolla was traveling eastbound on Seymour Road approaching Sudley Manor Drive.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY — Nokesville will hold its annual Nokesville Day Parade on Saturday, May 19.

All the event’s activities will be found on Fitzwater Drive and will be suitable for both kids and adults. Those activities will include craft vendors, food vendors, and children’s activities such as moon bounces and face painting.

Admission to the annual Discover Occoquan event is free as is on-street and public lot parking in town. In addition, off-site parking with shuttle bus service sponsored by Patriot Scuba is available from the Route 123 Commuter lot at the intersection of Old Bridge Road and Gordon Boulevard.

WOODBRIDGE — Delays on Virginia Railway Express trains have become more common in recent weeks.

On Monday, signal issues and speed restrictions on the commuter railroad’s Manassas Line lead to delays. On the system’s Fredericksburg Line, commuter trains have been made late by freight trains using the line — which take precedence over the commuter trains as the freight railroads own the tracks.
