Weather permitting, this Friday night, October 18 and Saturday night, October 19 starting at 9:30 p.m., the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will begin to close lanes on I-95 south just before Marine Corps Base Quantico (MCBQ) Russell Road, Exit 143 to Garrisonville Road, Exit 148, Route 610 progressing to a full closure of I-95 south from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m., Saturday and Sunday mornings.
