Sara M. Grant, 61, of Woodbridge, Virginia, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, March 16.

She was born to Ruth and Charles Moore on October 20, 1952, in Cleveland, Ohio. Sara graduated from Lakewood High School in 1970 and attended Miami University of Ohio and Roger Williams College in Bristol, Rhode Island. She married Peter M. Grant III on June 23, 1978 in Lakewood, Ohio. They resided in Hawaii, California, Rhode Island, Maine, and Virginia, spending almost 30 years of their lives together in Woodbridge, Virginia.

Obituary for Mr. Kevin Byron Wilson

Kevin Byron Wilson, 47, of Lake Ridge, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2014. Kevin was born September 7, 1966 in Alexandria, Virginia and is the son of Eldon (Robin) and Shirley Wilson of Lewes, DE. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Lisa Anne Wilson of Lake Ridge, VA; two sons Christopher Wilson of Lake Ridge, VA and Matthew Wilson of Lexington Park, MD; one brother Danny Wilson and his wife Lisa of Lewes, DE along with one sister, Cindy Cassil and her husband Dan of Alexandria, VA. His Mother-in-law, Leslie E. Dias of Dale City and three brother-in-laws, Joseph Dias, Robert and Jeff Twomey along with several nieces and nephews. Kevin is also survived by his four best friends, his dogs: Bailey, Max, Taz and Milo. Kevin worked as a Bookbinder for 29 years. Kevin loved his Dallas Cowboys and Washington Capitals and was an avid Nascar Fan. Kevin loved doing yard work, coaching his children in sports, working on cars with his oldest son and watching his youngest playing high school and college football. Kevin was very proud of his children and their accomplishments in life. The family will receive relatives and friends from 7-8 p.m., Friday, March 14, 2014 at Mountcastle Funeral Home locate at 4143 Dale Blvd., Dale City, VA 22193. Wallace D. Miller, 89, of Woodbridge, VA, passed away on March 10, 2014. Beloved husband of 70 years to Mintie Ellen Miller. Loving father of Virginia Reed, Ilona Gail Miller and Debra Denise Johnson (Ron). Cherished grandfather of Kelley H. Dinsmore, James D. Dinsmore and Cynthia Sue Rosano. Great grandfather of Christopher Rosano. Mr. Miller was a member of the VFW in Occoquan, and a 30+ year member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints. A graveside memorial will be at a later date in Mount Comfort Cemetery, Alexandria, VA.

Ellis B. Hawkins, 84, of Woodbridge, VA, passed away on March 10, 2014. Beloved husband of 5 years to Jane Hawkins. He was predeceased by his late wife Frances. Loving father of Frances Olds (Michael), Nancy Chryst (John), Diana Hawkins, and the late Ellis B. Hawkins, Jr. Step Father of the late Scott Mercer, Theresa Wilhide (Brian). His daughter-in-laws Denise Hawkins and Teruyo Mercer still survive. Cherished grandfather of Venus Denk (Dennis). Step grandfather of Zachary Wilhide, Gregory, Bethany and Andrew Mercer, Jonathan and Marshall “Cody” Chryst. Great grandfather of Maddilynn Denk. Step great grandfather of Evan, Isaac, Aiden and Cade Mercer. Dear brother of the late Clagett Hawkins. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Hawkins was actively involved in the St. Paul United Methodist Church Building Fund. The family will receive friends at the St. Paul United Methodist Church, 1400 G Street, Woodbridge, VA 22191 on Saturday, March 15, 2014 from 9 am until time of service at 10. Christopher W. Brown, 53 of Woodbridge, VA died on March 7, 2014 at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center.

He was born on September 25, 1960 in Indiana. With 24 years of dedication to the Prince William County Service Authority, he was the supervisor of the Meter Department. Christopher was an avid Cubs fan, and baseball was more than a sport to him, it was a lifestyle. He was a great bowling coach and also loved to bowl. His dog Millie was a true friend that he loved. He treasured his family; loved to BBQ and his pride and joy was “Snuffy”, his yellow Challenger. He also enjoyed touring wineries with his wife.

Pauline Bowen Penn 72, of Woodbridge, VA was called to Heaven on March 8 2014.

Born in Louisville, KY on March 8, 1942 to John and Alfredia Bowen. Pauline was one of three children, her fraternal twin Aline Fauntleroy and Joyce Burrell (deceased).

Richard Charles Morrow of Gainesville, Virginia passed away at his residence on Thursday, March 6, 2014 after a prolonged illness. He was 73 years old.

He was born on February 13, 1941 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Charles Ross Morrow and Lucille Morrow. He married Dolores Jean Morrow on July 26, 1965.

Paul Lee Campbell, 48, of Manassas, VA, passed away Tuesday, March 4th, 2014.

He is survived by his father, David Campbell; mother, Helen Ensor; three sisters, Linda Shortridge, Kristine Shortridge and Audra Courtney and many nieces and nephews.
