Diane Smith of Rustburg V.A. Barbara Poole of Fredericksburg V.A. Also 3 brothers, Larry Woodruff of N.C. Warren Poole and Jimmy Poole of M.D. Life partner Terry Norman. Pastor Lonnie Darrel Salyers, age 78 of Amosville, VA died at Fauquier Hospital on Friday, July 14, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was the retired minister of Yorkshire Free Will Baptist Church in Manassas, VA.

He was born on May 20, 1939 in Seco, Kentucky, son of the late George and Mary Donnels Salyers. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson Daniel; three brothers Leonard, Willie and Don and two sisters Beulah and Millie.

Robert Scott Holdaway, age 64, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017 in Manassas, Virginia.

Predeceased by his father: Jessie Dean Holdaway; a son: Robert Gregory Holdaway “Bobby” and a brother: William Franklin Holdaway.

Caplin ‘Cappy’ Steel Toro, 10 years old, of Woodbridge, Va., passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017, in a tragic accident.

Cappy left behind his mother, Kellie Jo Fike; father, Mauricio Toro; step-mother, Dee Sears; siblings, Bronson Toro, 12, William Toro, 21, Kira Toro, 19; grandparents, Paul & Trudy Sloan, Guillermo & Myriam Toro; grandfather, Gary Fike; great grandmothers, Faye Jean Fike & Marquerite Deal; aunt & uncle, Amy & Bruce Best; cousins, Drew Hendrix, Alexis & Nate Best and his niece Ava Fox.

Richard Edward Michell, age 75 of Woodbridge, VA, died peacefully on July 11, 2017 after a brief illness. He was surrounded by his loving friends and family. He was the beloved husband of 43 years to Peggy Michell. Loving father of Deana Henry (Donald) and Bonnie Ewalt (Scott). Cherished grandfather of Luke Henry, Julianna Henry, Dominic Ewalt, Grace Ewalt and Michael Ewalt. Dear brother of Nancy Pauls (Mark), John Michell (Sherry), Christopher Michell, and Paul Michell (Donna). He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Olivia Henry and a brother Mark Michell.

Richard was retired from the Environmental Protection Agency, where he dedicated his life’s work as a plant pathologist. Rich enjoyed gardening, fishing, bowling, baseball, and caring for turtles. While he enjoyed many hobbies, his love and loyalty to his family were always paramount.
