Troy Vernon Miller, age 50, formerly of Duncannon, PA, passed at his home in Woodbridge, VA on March 20, 2020 surrounded by loved ones after a battle with lung cancer.  Troy was born September 8, 1969.  Troy married Susan Payne on September 15, 2012.

Troy was a 1987 graduate of Susquenita High School.  He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1991 and a Bachelor’s Degree in TurfgrassScience from the Pennsylvania State University graduating Cum Laude in 1996.  His first degree matched his personality.  Troy believed in a healthy lifestyle.  His second degree matched his passion.  From an early age, Troy enjoyed maintaining the beauty of a golf course.

John R. Cramer, of Dover, Del. passed away Monday, March 16, 2020, at home. He was the son of the late Harry and Alice Cramer.

John proudly served in the U.S. Army. He was actually stationed in Germany at the same time as Elvis Presley though he neglected to get his autograph. After his time in the Army, John spent 30 years working for the United States Postal Service.

Donald Howard died in his home in Woodbridge, Va. on  March 18, 2020.

Cremation is private.

June K. Coari (Age 94) of Montclair, VA and formerly of Fairfax, VA and West New York, NJ, passed away  on March 12, 2020.

She is predeceased by her husband, Walter J. Coari.  She is survived by her children, Beth (Omar) Oteyza, Stephen (Julie) Coari, and three grandchildren (Lindsey, Michael, and Erin).

Scott C. Vincent, 64, of Woodbridge, died March 16, 2020 in his home.
