MANASSAS, Va. — Several factors led to a hit and run in Manassas that sent a child to a hospital, police said.
Because the case is so complex, no charges were filed against the driver and the child has since been treated and released.
STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. — The Stafford County School Board met with parents and community members on Oct. 29 to address their concerns about the FY2015 school budget, and ask parents for their feedback.
