MANASSAS, Va. — Police arrested a man they say drove his car into a home early Sunday morning.

Potomac Local’s 40 Under 40 award winners were announced Saturday at a ceremony at Potomac Shores Golf Club in Woodbridge.
Forty talented professionals under age 40 from Prince William and Stafford counties, as well as the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park were honored at the event.
An early morning fire in Bristow ripped through a townhouse and spread to others in the area of Dawkins Crest Circle Sunday morning.
According to scanner reports, the fire, which started after 3 a.m., spread to two other adjacent units and damaged a fourth on Lake Baldwin Drive.

MANASSAS, Va. — A car plowed into a house at 9213 Bayberry Avenue, just off Liberia Avenue in Manassas this morning.
A total of three people were injured, one of them seriously, according to initial reports. The person most critically injured was flown to a local hospital for treatment.
OCCOQUAN, Va. — The owner of the Cock & Bowl restaurant in Occoquan made a pretty astute observation: A sign was erected heralding the coming of nothing. And that, said the restaurant’s owners, is refreshing.

Dan Singh operates his business, aptly named Dan’s Pharmacy, on Va. 610 in North Stafford. He sits one block from a CVS Pharmacy that is currently expanding, and about three miles from another CVS Pharmacy. He offers the same prescriptions as the big guys, many of the same off-the-shelf products, and he also has a drive-through window where customers can pick up and drop off medications – just like the big guys.
