A round of severe storms moved through the region Tuesday night cooling off temperatures that climbed into the triple digits during the day.
The storms also left many in the dark. Here’s a look at power outages in the region:

A portion of the southbound lane of Vint Hill Road at was closed a Burwell Road after a crash occurred.

When Prince William fire and rescue crews arrived on scene, they saw a partially collapsed roof of a church building that is under construction.

On the evening of June 19, Prince William police responded to the Home Depot location at Foulgers Square in Woodbridge to investigate a fight.
According to Prince William police, the victim – a 54-year old man – stated that the individual – 32-year old Woodbridge man Shazad Haq – began running towards the loading dock at the Home Depot in an aggressive way.

It’s becoming more and more likely a tornado touched down in Manassas on Saturday night.
“Based on the radar images we’ve reviewed, and reports of damage from Bristow to Manassas, there is better odds this storm produced a tornado,” said Luis Rosa, with the National Weather Service.
