Fire ripped through three townhomes in Lake Ridge on Monday night.
Emergency crews were called to 2028 Mayflower Drive at 6:51 p.m. Fire crews arrived to find two townhomes heavily involved with fire.

An internal investigation found a Prince William County Police officer was justified when he shot a man inside a Woodbridge home earlier this month.

Over 3,000 students in Manassas Park had their first day of school today.
A portion of Rixlew Lane in Manassas will close Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2015.
A railroad crossing will be replaced, and road crews will need to close the street to traffic near Wellington Road to complete the replacement.
