Two feet of snow didn’t stop Debra Bobitt from helping to get residents to critical medical care.

Area road conditions were treacherous when the major winter storm brought the region to the standstill on Jan. 22, 23 and 24. Despite the snow, hospitals, and medical clinic can’t afford to take a snow day when they have to accommodate patients who need daily treatment.


Vandalism to Auto

At approximately 1:05 a.m. on Feb. 2, 2016, Manassas City Police met with a resident on the 9600 block of Ellicott Ln for a report of a vandalism. The reporting party told officers that she was inside her residence when she heard loud noises coming from outside. When she looked outside, she discovered that her vehicle’s front passenger window had been shattered, resulting in $500 worth of damage.


Eateries in Downtown Manassas hope this year’s expanded restaurant week will spur new business.

The March 7 – 14 event has been dubbed “Northern Virginia Restaurant Week,” as several area chambers of commerce to include the Prince William Chamber banded together to promote this event as a regional event.
