He’s been a City Councilman for nine years and currently serves as the Vice Mayor. Not to mention, Way has been a city representative on three regional government boards and on the Virginia Railway Express and Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission bus system.

A caretaker at Dumfries Cemetery found six head stones kicked over on Wednesday.
The stones were not permanently damaged, and they were able to be reset at their respective gravesites, said Dumfries Police Chief Rebecca Edwards.

Fire and rescue have extracted the contractor from the tank. He’s on the way to a hospital in an ambulance.
