November 2016 residential real estate sales touted another positive month as compared to the prior year. A total of 528 homes were sold in November 2016, a surge of over 21 percent compared to November 2015 closed sales. The number of new pending rose minimally by 1 percent year-over-year, from 575 pending to 581.

There will be no school for Baldwin Elementary School students today, Tuesday, January 10th, because of standing water in the building due to frozen pipes and no heat. A clean-up crew is on site to remove the water.

MANASSAS, Va. — A new report outlines the condition of streets and roads in Manassas City.
Of the 250 lane miles maintained by city crews, 148 of them are in poor or very poor condition and are in need of paving, according to the full report.
