After days of snow, screens, and pacing the house, kids (and parents) are ready for something different.
If you’ve got a confident swimmer who’s itching to move – or a parent who would love them out of the house and in the water – this is for you.
Capital Water Polo is hosting a free, no-commitment Learn to Play Water Polo week for boys and girls ages 7–14.
✔ Warm pool
✔ Team game (not just laps)
✔ Beginner-friendly, coach-led
Swimmers stay in the water and use their skills, but with more action, teamwork, and fun than traditional swim practice.

MWF 7pm – 8pm
Sat 3pm – 4:30pm
