Juneteenth & Me Festival

Prince William County invites you to the Juneteenth & Me Festival—a vibrant celebration of Black culture, history, and community connection. Join us on Thursday, June 19 for an unforgettable evening of performances, education, and empowerment.

This community-wide event is designed to amplify local organizations and County services while celebrating the rich traditions, contributions, and diversity of our Black communities.

The festival will kick off with a drum procession performed by students from local schools, setting the stage for a powerful and joyful evening. Throughout the event, you’ll experience:

Live music and cultural performances featuring Chocolate Factory and The Chuck Brown Band

Inspirational speakers and a community showcase

Delicious food and local vendors offering diverse, authentic cuisine

Arts and crafts activities for all ages

Village Workshops on financial empowerment, health and wellness, Black history, and more

Interactive booths from County agencies and community partners

A fireworks finale to end the night on a high note
