The new restaurant is located within Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, a prominent retail destination in Prince William County, at 14901 Potomac Town Place, Woodbridge, VA 22191.
Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is a fusion of familiar elements — modern casual restaurant, Napa-style tasting room, and artisanal retail market — combined to create an entirely new hospitality experience. This location features an inviting indoor dining room with seating for 260 guests, along with a covered patio with that accommodates an additional 76 guests. A private dining room offers space for up to 40 guests, making it well-suited for celebrations and group gatherings. As with every Cooper’s Hawk location, the restaurant is fronted by a Napa-style tasting room and retail space.
The winery has received over 600 wine awards, importing grapes from the best vineyards across the globe and producing over 60 varietals. Crafted to please a range of palates, Cooper’s Hawk wines include selections that are accessible for those new to the world of wine, as well as complex and full-bodied options for more seasoned drinkers. In addition to the wine menu, guests can choose from a selection of craft cocktails and sangrias made with Cooper’s Hawk wine.
The restaurant design draws inspiration from the patterns found in vineyard agriculture and the deep interconnectedness between wineries and their surrounding communities. Warm, layered wood elements weave through the space, forming archways that naturally guide you toward the heart of the restaurant, where the dining room is anchored by a central tree. Interwoven within these elements is a mix of raw and heavily tactile finishes contrasted with luxurious, polished metals, creating a refined balance of organic and elevated materials that provide a warm and sophisticated feel.
