2025 Procurement Expo

The Office of Procurement Services (OPS) invites vendors and prospective vendors interested in doing business with Prince William County to attend the second annual Procurement Expo on June 11, at the Hylton Performing Arts Center. Vendors will have the opportunity to meet with County departments and business support partners at this expo-style event. The Procurement Expo is a forum to facilitate connections between the vendor community and County decision-makers, increase competition and transparency, make new connections, and strengthen existing partnerships.
Vendors will have the opportunity to:
Circulate to County department exhibit tables to learn each department’s mission, goods and services typically procured, and contractual spend plans for the upcoming fiscal year
Visit business support partners exhibit tables for valuable resources and information
Meet 1:1 with a County department that aligns with the products and services your firm offers, learn about the department’s procurement needs and discover what they look for in a supplier business partner
Attend panel sessions on relevant and emerging topics
Complete vendor registration on-site or receive assistance with existing supplier accounts
The Procurement Expo is proudly hosted by Prince William County’s Office of Procurement Services, in collaboration with participating County departments, business support partners, and external agencies.
