Fendi — Spotsylvania County

Meet Fendi. Many of you probably remember viral Fendi’s story, found abandoned on the side of Route 3. Fendi is estimated to be around 2 years old and is a smaller Corso, weighing approximately 75–80 pounds. Fendi would be happiest in a home with another dog, she’s doing awesome with the cats in her foster home and has shown to be fully house trained. Fendi is in an awesome Mastiff savvy foster home, and we are looking for a savvy forever home. Einstein is one of those cats who needs a little extra time, patience, and understanding. He’s undersocialized and nervous around people, so earning his trust isn’t something that happens overnight. But that doesn’t mean he isn’t worth the time. In fact, the process is so incredibly rewarding. We have many cats just like Einstein who could really benefit from a patient foster or adopter willing to give them the time and space they need to settle in, build confidence, and learn that people can be safe. Einstein may not be ready to climb into your lap yet. But today, he sniffed my hand. And honestly? I’ll take the win.
