Strays Taken to Prince William County Animal Shelter: Are These Your Friends?

If you’re missing a furry friend, check out the photos below! These animals were turned into the Prince William County Animal Services Center as strays between January 21, 2025, and January 23, 2025. The shelter posts pictures of strays brought to their facility multiple times weekly to help reunite owners with their pets.

What to Do If You Recognize Your Pet: If you think one of the animals is yours, contact the Center directly:

Important Reminders:

  • Proof of ownership is required to redeem your pet.
  • Bring proof of your pet’s current rabies vaccination at the time of redemption.

Hours of Operation for Redemption:

  • Monday: Closed
  • Tuesday-Friday: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Sunday: Noon – 4 p.m.

Lost pets can be redeemed daily starting at 8 a.m., even on days the Center is closed for business.

The photos shared are not all-inclusive. If your pet is missing, reach out to the Center immediately to check if they’ve been brought in.
