No new hospitalizations in Prince William, Rappahannock districts

Here’s a look at today’s coronavirus hospitalization report.

Prince William Health District

One new hospitalization has been reported today in Prince William County, an average hospitalization rate of 0.4% per 100,000 of the county’s 465,000 people. On average, only two people who live in Prince William County have been admitted to hospitals with the disease over the past seven days.

The coronavirus death rate in the county remains 0.1% of the population for the past seven days.

There are no new hospitalizations or deaths reported in Manassas or Manassas Park, where the average hospitalization rates remain one percent and 0.8% of the entire population, respectively.

Rappahannock Area Health District

There is no new hospitalization in Stafford County today and no new deaths. The seven-day average hospitalization and death rates in Stafford County is 0.9% and zero percent, respectively.

There also no new hospitalizations or deaths reported at the remaining jurisdictions in the health district — Fredericksburg City, and the counties of Spotsylvania, King George, and Caroline.

Statewide

A total of 1,331 people are hospitalized with the disease — 55 more than our last report on Friday, November 27.
