WOODBRIDGE — Is anyone missing a boat?
Prince William County fire and rescue crews were called after someone reported seeing a 10-foot boat adrift in the Occoquan River, near the George Mason University Potomac Science Center.
Crews were dispatched at 7:23 a.m. Thursday. They found only the boat and nothing else, said Assistant Chief Matt Smolsky.
“It appears to have been in the water for some time,” said Assistant Chief Matt Smolksy.
Smolsky said the boat was pulled ashore.
