WOODBRIDGE — Prince William police are working a barricade situation in Woodbridge.
Officers are at Frishman Court and Rye Street. We don’t have details on what’s unfolding.

Officers are currently on scene in the area of Frishman Ct. & Rye St. for a barricade situation. Police are asking for residents and citizens to stay out of the area. The barricade comes after a body was found near Minneville Road just before 7 a.m. in a wooded area off Alps Drive, about four miles from the reported barricade.
Thursday night, police were on the scene of a shooting that occurred near the area of today’s barricade situation, on Estate Drive.

Residents who live in the neighborhood where police were called to a barricade situation are being allowed back to their homes.
