PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY — A Nokesville man is charged with possession of child pornography.
On April 24, a Prince William County detective assigned to the Northern Virginia/DC Internet Crimes against Children Task Force concluded an investigation into an individual possessing and distributing child pornography with the execution of a search warrant at a home located at 10339 Reid Lane in Nokesville.
During the course of the investigation, the individual, identified as the accused, was found in possession of child pornography through an undisclosed network, according to a Prince William police spokesman.
Seth Alexander Manning, 22, of 10339 Reid Ln. in Nokesville? is charged with 1 count of possession of child pornography and nine counts of subsequent possession of child pornography.
His court date is pending. He was held on a $10,000 bond.
