Frank is survived by his wife, Debbie Marzec; daughter, Stacy Marzec; mother, Adele Marzec; brothers, Paul (twin), Phil, Robert, Mike, and sister, Laura Marzec.
The family will receive friends Friday, April 26, 2019 from 5-8 pm at Miller Funeral Home, 3200 Golansky Blvd., Woodbridge, VA 22192.
