Crews need to repair a pipe that carries a natural stream underneath Pageland Lane, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.

Pageland Lane (Route 705) between Route 29 and Route 234 will be closed, weather permitting, from 6 a.m. Monday, September 21 through 7 p.m. Thursday, September 24 for emergency pipe replacement, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The work involves excavation to replace the large pipe that has failed and then repaving the road.
A detour will be established via Route 29 and Route 234. Signs and message boards are in place to alert motorists.
