PWC Fire: 21 outside gas-leak calls, 7:20 a.m.–1:18 p.m. Crews smelled sulfur; four-gas meters normal. Washington Gas: no system issue. Stafford Fire: no matching calls. PW Water: nothing at H.L. Mooney or in the system after field canvassing. Virginia American Water: nothing out of the ordinary at either PWC wastewater plant. Fairfax Water: no odor complaints; drinking water only. No shelter-in-place. No source identified.
