In the recent blog entry in Sentara Potomac Hospital’s blog, Maureen Deutermann, R.N. MSN says heart disease is the number one killer of women in the U.S., age 20 or over. Another statistic: One in 30 women die from breast cancer, compared to the one in three who die from heart cancer.
